Chansada has been graduated MBA program from Kobe University in 2004. Her research paper was on accounting system in Japan.
Chansada is currently the CEO of BDP Micro Co., ltd. She has ten years of experiences working for Faculty of Economics and Business Management, National University of Laos. Chansada has been teaching Accounting and Finance from 1999-2010 and conducting research in SME development since 2004-present. In Addition, Chansada has been consultant in Human resource development for Worldbank, ADB and Mekong River Commission, and so on since 2004. Chansada also sometimes provides training in Micro Finance organized by Bank of Lao PDR.
Chansada has made for national presentations for many national groups, mostly recently on Lao Business Woman Association, Lao Micro Finance Association and SME Club. Chansada is running BDP micro finance since November 2015. BDP was named as the Appreciation Award in 2017 by Bank of Lao PDR.
